Members are given the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and develop their potential through various events and initiatives under the communities of Care, Entrepreneurship, Lifestyle, Music, Sports and Enrichment. At nEbO, nEbOians get to meet other like-minded youth who share the same interests and participate in activities they love together.

Youth Leaders who are identified at nEbO events are also entitled to attend nEbO's signature LEAD (Learn, Engage and Develop) Programme. This programme strives to nurture and develop their leadership capabilities and skill sets within their areas of interest. The other leadership programme tailored just for Secondary School students is LEAD (Learn, Engage and Develop) Junior which includes specially crafted leadership modules targeted at the younger group to prepare them to be Work-Ready, World-Ready and Life-Ready.
