Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium 2018

Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium 2018

Youth Entrepreneurship Symposium (YES) is an annual youth-run entrepreneurship symposium organised by nEbO for youths aged 17 - 25. In its 11th edition this year, YES has been able to mobilise many entrepreneurs from different industries to come together to impart their knowledge and skills to the aspiring student entrepreneurs-to-be from various tertiary institutions. Through this event, the students will not only be exposed to different business fields and equipped with relevant skills, but will also be able to explore their internship or part-time opportunities in the entrepreneurship start-up scene.

YES2018’s theme is “Start Real, Stay Relevant”, and hopes to move beyond inculcating youths with entrepreneurship mind-set to kick-start their businesses. In view of the rapid evolvement in the global entrepreneurial scene and Singapore’s evolving and thriving startup landscape, we hope that youths like you will be able to startup in line with current trends and stay relevant to the ever-changing landscape.

Hence, the programme will feature various home-grown entrepreneurs sharing their knowledge, skills and stories of starting up in Singapore, giving you a glimpse into the thriving entrepreneurial scene through our keynotes, general sessions and dialogues. Alongside our Quick Pitch Challenge and Networking session, you will get a chance to explore the world of entrepreneurship and learn more about how you can start your own business!
