nEbO Membership

+ Q1. What are the benefits/privileges of the membership? For the full list of benefits and privileges, please refer to: http://www.nebo.sg/nebo-card/privileges-and-benefits


+ Q2. What are the requirements in order to join the membership? You must be a non-working individual between ages 12 and 25. For those turning 12 this year but have not reached their 12th birthday, approval of the application would be on a case by case basis.


+ Q3. How much are the membership fees? The usual price* of nEbO membership is $117 per year.

+ Q4. What are the modes of payment for the membership fees? Online: Credit Card /Debit Card

Over the counter: Cash / NETS / Credit Card / Debit Card

Mail In: Credit Card /Cheque (Payable to: NTUC Club - 01 Pasir Ris Close Singapore 519599)

AXS Outlets: Credit Card / NETS

+ Q5. What is the validity of the card? The validity of the card is effective for 1 year or 3 years from the issue date, depending on the membership subscribed.


+ Q6. Is the card transferable? No. This is a personalised card strictly to be used by the applicant only. 


+ Q7. Where can I sign up for the membership? Option 1: Sign up online for the membership

Option 2: All AXS Stations

Option 3: Head down to nEbO Hub @ AMK Hub or nEbOmation @ E!hub



+ Q8. When will I be able to receive the card upon sign up? Online application:
Mailed within 2-3 weeks with completion of payment and photo submission. **If payment is not made, photo is not submitted or application is incomplete, applicant will be prompted to do all necessary before card will be issued.

On-site application:
On same day (may vary).

+ Q9. Upgrading of membership Upgrading of membership is not allowed anytime upon the commencement of membership. 


+ Q10. Renewal Policy Renewal of membership is only applicable upon expiry of membership. Renewal of memberships can be made at nEbOmation @ E!hubnEbO Hub @ AMK Hub or any AXS machines.


+ Q11. Replacement of lost card A charge of $10 will be levied.

Replacement of lost card can only be made at nEbOmation @ E!hub.

+ Q12. If I lose my card, will I be able to get back my stored value in the card? LinkPoints will be carried forward to the new card as account is tagged to member's NRIC. 


+ Q13. Can I subscribe to more than one card? No. An individual can only apply for one nEbO Plus! card.


+ Q14. How do I submit photo for my nEbO membership that I have paid for? You can submit your photo via www.nEbO.sg/site/CardSubmission.aspx
