Allocation of Chance
· Only applicable for nEbO Cardholders.
· nEbO Cardholders have to present their valid nEbO Card upon transaction to be entitled to chances of the Lucky Draw.
· One (1) chance will be allocated for each transaction made with any LinkPoints Merchant during the qualifying period
· Two (2) chances will be allocated for each transaction made at FairPrice outlets (FairPrice supermarkets, FairPrice Finest,
  FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Express and Cheers convenience stores) during the qualifying period
· Minimum spending for selected LinkPoints Merchants required. For full listing of merchants, visit www.linkpoints.com.sg
· The number of chances allocated to a nEbO Cardholder shall be final and conclusive
· Chances awarded to a nEbO Cardholder are not transferable
· No Lucky Draw coupons. All lucky draw chances will be generated from back-end computer system

Eligibility
· Persons who satisfy the following conditions are eligible to participate in the Draw
· Person must be a nEbO member holding a valid nEbO Card
· The Board of Directors, staff of NTUC Link Pte Ltd and their immediate family members, its advertising agencies, vendor(s)
  who is/are involved in developing the lucky draw system and any other parties who are directly involved in organizing,
  promoting or conducting the Draw as determined by NTUC Link are not eligible to participate in the Draw

The Draw
· The draw will be conducted on 7^th October 2010 (Thursday) 1500 hours at NTUC Link Pte Ltd, NTUC Centre, No. 1 Marina
  Boulevard, #15-04/06, One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989
· The prize winners will be selected at random by the backend system under the supervision of the NTUC Link’s auditors. NTUC
  Link reserves the right to draw reserve-winning chances to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
· The result of the draw will be posted on the www.nEbO.sg
· All winners will be notified by post.
· All prizes are to be collected within one (1) month from date of notification.
· Prize of 10,000 LinkPoints will be credited into winner’s valid nEbO Card within one (1) month from date of notification.
· All prizes not claimed within one (1) month from date of notification to the winners will be donated to the charity of the
  organiser's choice.
· The judges have the right to disqualify any winners. Decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
· The organiser reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms and conditions of this lucky draw at any time
  without prior notice.
· Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

Selection of Winners
· Computer will assign lucky draw chance to nEbO members based on the criteria stated above
· Computer will pick 10 winners, plus backup winners.
